Who we are

The 300K Network was born out of a staggering truth: over 300,000 Black women are missing from the workforce. For many of us, that number isn’t just a statistic — it’s our lived reality.

Whether it’s layoffs, toxic workplaces, job searches that feel endless, or the challenges of entrepreneurship, Black women are carrying a heavy weight. And too often, we’re expected to push through without the joy, rest, and support we deserve.

The 300K Network exists to change that.

We are a community anchored in each other — creating space for Black women in St. Louis to connect, heal, and thrive. Here, you’ll find sisterhood, resources, and opportunities that support the whole woman: career, creativity, wellness, and celebration.

Our vision is simple: when Black women are supported, we rise together.
